i saw everything today. i ate a sausage from a cartman at Central Park. columbus circle mall (place made no sense). walked through Times Square and was overwhelmed yet underwhelmed that a place that is suppose to be a center of all civilzation is a huge theatre of ads trying to drown out each other in the grand canyon. Like the Circus.

Times Square in NYC is the Grand Canyon with advertisments. And lost explorers captured up with photos of advertisement. I hate large crowds milling about.

I've also never understood why japanese tourists all pose for photographs standing with a fountain in the background. Are office-tour lobby fountains art?

Hotel 17. Its a guesthouse. But cheap and perfect for a last day in the city. Tomorrow I meet a friend off craigslist who is giving me "chinatown bus" information and a guidebook he and his boyfriend had used moving from Los Angeles. Also lending me info about places to stay and things to see when I make it out to California in late March. I think I'll love the warm tropics then.

Wireless in this place is weak. Can't get any porn videos to load! Fuck - what good is a hotel room if you cant jack off on the bedspread. I'll find something like this from my downloaded vids to do the job:
