The weather is beginning to improve - so I'm headed out for a final walking tour of the city..and departinh the Holiday Inn by noon. An expensive treat that was, but I think I needed it. Must be stricter with my budget though.
I'm going to see the black wall of Vietman, circle the mall, and hopefully avoid the rougher areas of DC that I've been warned about by friends from CraigsList. Depending on whether I meet any friends today - this may be my last day in this city. I'm having trouble getting a footing here as I did so well in NYC and Philly. But always optimistic that good people and good times are just a "hello" away.
